At Drop ADX, all services are provided on a prepaid and effort-based model.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

By purchasing any service from Drop ADX, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


No Guarantee Disclaimer

Drop ADX does not guarantee:

  • Sales

  • Profit

  • Revenue

  • Specific results

All services involve testing, execution, and external factors beyond our control.
Payments are made for time, skill, and effort, not guaranteed outcomes.


Website Design Services (₹8,000)

  • Advance payment (₹4,000) is strictly non-refundable once work has started.

  • The remaining ₹4,000 is payable after website delivery and approval.

  • No refund will be issued if the client:

    • Changes their mind

    • Delays content or approval

    • Fails to respond on time

    • Decides not to continue after work has started

Once the website is delivered, the service is considered completed.


Facebook Ads Management (₹6,000)

  • Advance payment (₹3,000) is non-refundable once ad setup or strategy work begins.

  • Remaining ₹3,000 is payable after the first order or initial results, as agreed.

  • No refund will be provided if:

    • Ads do not perform as expected

    • Client stops ads early

    • Client fails to provide ad budget

    • Account or ad is restricted by the platform

Ad performance depends on multiple factors outside Drop ADX’s control.


Ad Budget & Third-Party Costs

  • Advertising budget is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

  • Drop ADX is not responsible for ad spend, losses, or platform issues.

  • No refund will be issued for money spent on ads.


Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be provided if the client:

  • Does not follow instructions or strategy

  • Delays approvals or communication

  • Provides incorrect or incomplete information

  • Violates platform policies


Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Drop ADX fails to start the agreed service

  • No work has been initiated

Any such refund decision is at the sole discretion of Drop ADX.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Drop ADX first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Permanent refusal of future services

We encourage clients to communicate before escalating disputes.
