Drop ADX does not guarantee:

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Profit

  • Business success

Results depend on multiple factors including product, ad budget, market demand, and platform policies.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3️⃣ Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are mentioned on the website or shared officially.

  • Payments are partially or fully advance, as agreed.

  • Work will not start without advance payment.

  • All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

Failure to clear pending payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4️⃣ Website Design Terms

  • Website delivery timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee.

  • Client must provide required content on time.

  • Delays caused by the client will extend delivery time.

  • Once the website is delivered and approved, the service is considered completed.

Drop ADX is not responsible for future changes, hosting issues, or third-party plugin problems.

5️⃣ Advertising & Marketing Terms

  • Ad budget is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

  • Drop ADX is not responsible for:

    • Ad account bans or restrictions

    • Platform policy changes

    • Poor ad performance due to market conditions

Stopping ads early does not make the service refundable.

6️⃣ Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respond on time

  • Follow recommended strategy

  • Respect timelines and processes

Failure to do so may affect results and will not be grounds for a refund.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, designs, creatives, and frameworks developed by Drop ADX remain its intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

8️⃣ Termination of Services

Drop ADX reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed

  • Client violates platform or legal policies

  • Client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Drop ADX shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Platform issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Drop ADX uses third-party tools and platforms.
We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policy changes.
